city of Dudince is situated in the southern part of Middle Slovakia in the
attitude of 459.3 feet (140 m) above a sea level. The climate in this area is

scientific, hydro geological, and medical research.
The age of volcanic springs is estimated on approximately hundred
thousands years. In the Antic times, soldiers of Roman legions also took
a bath in the travertine openings. Approximately 32 reservoirs have been
kept until nowadays, and they are protected such as cultural monument under the
name “Roman spa.”
